Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Palle Liquidation-US sells liquidation inventory that we own and hold in our own warehouse to businesses that buy it for resale ("Buyers"). We are the seller of record for every lot on this site.

2. Business accounts

Accounts are for businesses. You confirm that you are buying or selling for business purposes and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Listings and condition

We describe every lot as accurately as we can, including condition grade and manifest. Lots are sold as-is according to the listed grade. Manifest counts may vary slightly; see the Return & Refund Policy for remedies.

4. Orders and payment

An order is a binding offer to buy. Payment is taken by the method you select. Net 30 terms are available only to approved Buyers and are due 30 days after delivery.

5. What we don't sell

We do not knowingly sell recalled, counterfeit, stolen or hazardous goods, or items whose sale is restricted by law. If you find one in a lot, contact us and we'll resolve it.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Palle Liquidation-US's liability for any claim is limited to the fees we received for the transaction concerned.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
